Storm Chasing and Storm Spotting should not be confused. There is a distinct difference between them. While both are dangerous and can cause bodily harm or death to the uneducated, Storm Chasing can be hazardous to your health and property, especially for those who treat it as a thrill and are not educated on safety, storm structure, and the rules and courtesy of chasing.
